We have a live person, not an answering service, answering the phone calls and taking messages for the property managers. We attempt to return every phone message within 4 hours and every email within 1 day. All incoming voice mail messages are routed to the managers’ email accounts so the manager can respond immediately if the situation warrants. All calls, emails and face-to-face meetings are logged for Board members to see.

We tailor our services to the needs of each individual Association up to and including creating specialized financial reports and other forms as the Boards request them. Our property management involvement is limited only to the degree that the Board of Directors would like or allows. In all instances we work closely with the Board of Directors and act only under its direction, control and authority. Although we will make recommendations that we feel are in the best interests of the association, we will always carry out the Boards decisions promptly and efficiently.
