Communication:

We have a live person, not an answering service, answering the phone calls and taking messages for the property managers. We attempt to return every phone message within 4 hours and every email within 1 day. All incoming voice mail messages are routed to the managers’ email accounts so the manager can respond immediately if the situation warrants. All calls, emails and face-to-face meetings are logged for Board members to see.

Vendor Relations:

We use local vendors whenever possible to avoid excessive trip charges. We do not take kick-backs from any vendors and will not work with vendors who offer them. None of our vendors are employees of or related in any way to Advantage Townhome Management.

Personal Service:

No “One Size Fits All” approach to association management. We tailor our services to the needs of each individual Association up to and including creating specialized financial reports and other forms as the Boards request them. We manage each association as if we lived in the community. We call our style of association management, “Relational Management.”

We provide property management services to owner occupied townhome, condominium and business associations in the St. Paul and Minneapolis, MN metropolitan areas. Advantage Townhome Management provides reliable expertise and access to information in the areas of administration, finance, real estate, insurance and contract negotiation that will allow the Board of Directors and Association members the leisure time that association ownership promises, and an assurance that the property will be maintained and values upheld.

We tailor our property management services to meet the needs and expectations of each association and strive to be a proactive resource to solve problems at the root cause. We offer a broad range of property management services, and are involved in the day-to-day affairs of each association. Our property management involvement is limited only to the degree that the Board of Directors would like or allows. In all instances we work closely with the Board of Directors and act only under its direction, control and authority. Although we will make recommendations that we feel are in the best interests of the association, we will always carry out the Boards decisions promptly and efficiently.
